Delivery Policies:

     

  •  Shipping anywhere in philippines.
    we deliver flowers ,fruit basket,gift basket ,chocolates and teddy bear all over the philippines.additional 24 hours to arrived. Shipping address far from the city proper may take additional time.
    We don't promise any time on delivery day. Our commitment is to deliver your gift within the day
    You must provide complete delivery address. Failure to provide complete address may cause unexpected delayed of your gifts
    If the recipient is not around we may leave the gift to someone who may related to recipient.We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APOs.
    Hospital deliveries: please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.
    There is some area where we can't deliver on saunday.kindly inquire before you place order.

 

For selected remote/far areas with no direct flights:
Mindanao/Southern Visayas area (Southern part of Philippines) - please always allow 2-3 days shipping time.
If you place your order after cut off time for Valentine's Day delivery, we will still process your order and deliver as fast as possible under queue basis.

Non-Delivery

We strives to fulfill every order that is placed through its Website that is why upon confirmation of customer payment.

Wrong address or contact # always makes delay for delivery. Customer should provide complete address (should be use brgy) and contact # for the recipient. If the address is wrong, then items will be pending to our courier office ( for provincial area). Customer needs to pick the product from the courier office as we are not responsible for providing wrong and contact #.therefore we will try our best to contact the recipient to get the correct address and deliver it to their door.

Delay delivery:

Delivery may delay for the following reasons:

•    Item was not received by the recipient because of  Unallocated address
•    Item was not received by the recipient because of House ’closed’ or unoccupied at the time of delivery 
•    Item was not received by the recipient because of Recipient moved out or Resigned
•    Item was not received by the recipient because of Unknown addressee

•    Item was not received by the recipient  because of Refused to Accept

Items returned because of the following reasons are still considered sold, non-refundable and will only await further delivery instructions and shipping service fee fulfillment by the buyer:

Items are packed securely using sturdy recyclable packaging materials to ensure safe and secured handling of items by couriers. Designated couriers use appropriate carrying tools and devices as well as transportation methods to enable safe, easy and hassle-free delivery.
